Switch-OBSReplayBuffer : ToggleReplayBuffer
Toggles the state of the replay buffer output.
Switch-OBSReplayBuffer calls the OBS WebSocket with a request of type ToggleReplayBuffer.
Switch-OBSReplayBuffer
If set, will return the information that would otherwise be sent to OBS.
