Stop-OBSReplayBuffer : StopReplayBuffer
Stops the replay buffer output.
Stop-OBSReplayBuffer calls the OBS WebSocket with a request of type StopReplayBuffer.
Stop-OBSReplayBuffer
If set, will return the information that would otherwise be sent to OBS.
