Set-OBSTBarPosition : SetTBarPosition
Sets the position of the TBar.
Very important note: This will be deprecated and replaced in a future version of obs-websocket.
Set-OBSTBarPosition calls the OBS WebSocket with a request of type SetTBarPosition.
