Send-OBSPauseRecord : PauseRecord
Pauses the record output.
Send-OBSPauseRecord calls the OBS WebSocket with a request of type PauseRecord.
Send-OBSPauseRecord
If set, will return the information that would otherwise be sent to OBS.
