Save-OBSReplayBuffer : SaveReplayBuffer
Saves the contents of the replay buffer output.
Save-OBSReplayBuffer calls the OBS WebSocket with a request of type SaveReplayBuffer.
Save-OBSReplayBuffer
If set, will return the information that would otherwise be sent to OBS.
