Get-OBSSceneItemIndex : GetSceneItemIndex
Gets the index position of a scene item in a scene.
An index of 0 is at the bottom of the source list in the UI.

Get-OBSSceneItemIndex calls the OBS WebSocket with a request of type GetSceneItemIndex.
